   What we like: A really fun site with incredibly vivid colours, and pop-out images that move when you scroll over them. Fun to browse around. Even with all the crazy design elements it’s still easy to find your way around. And there’s lots of information when you start digging in (plus the site switches from mainly Flash to mainly HTML, which is nice). Obviously very well strategically planned, but they’ve really spent a lot of time on the look and feel as well. Makes Prince Edward County seem exciting and vibrant, which we’re sure was the #1 priority.
